What this page is

A plain record: This is how Kumpooni handles your information. Kumpooni is made by Auto-Mate Solutions Inc. in the Philippines.

What we get from Google: When you tap Continue with Google, Google shares your name, email address, and profile photo with us. That is how we open your Kumpooni account.
What we do not get: We do not read your Gmail, Drive, Photos, Calendar, or any other Google service. We only use Google to sign you in.
Why we keep it: Your name and email identify your account so you can open your files on another phone or computer. Your photo, if Google sends one, shows on Account.
We do not sell it: We do not sell your Google account information, and we do not share it for ads.

Repair files: Quotes, photos, receipts, visit notes, job slips, and letters you add to a file. Only you can see them, except what you put on a job slip.
Job slips: Anyone with the slip link can see the job, your price limit, the name and mobile you put on it, and your before photos.
What you repair: Cars, homes, aircon, appliances, and gadgets you add under Account.
Location: We use your location to find the nearest DTI office. If you are signed in, we save the last point so you do not have to share it again.

File facts only: When you ask for an AI complaint draft, we send the facts in that file to an AI service to write the letter body. We do not send your Google password. You still need to read every line.

How long we keep it: We keep your account and files until you delete them.
Your control: You can delete a file, a photo, or your whole account at any time from the app. Deleting your account removes your Kumpooni profile and the files tied to it.
Google: You can also disconnect Kumpooni from your Google account in your Google Account permissions.

Updates: We may update this policy. We will tell you about big changes. Using Kumpooni after that means you accept the new policy.

Philippine law: This policy follows Philippine law, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012.
