What Kumpooni is

A record keeper: Kumpooni helps you keep the quote, photos, receipts, and visit dates for a repair, in one file you control.
Not a shop, not a law office: We don't do repairs, book shops, take payments, or give legal advice. We are not part of DTI or any government office.

Who can sign up: You need to be of legal age. Sign in with your own Google account and keep it secure.
What you save: You are responsible for what you put in your files. Write what happened, as it happened.

A draft, not advice: The complaint letter is a draft made from your file. It is not legal advice. Read it, change anything that is wrong, and send or file it yourself.
AI drafts: When AI drafting is on, we send the facts in your file to an AI service to write the body of the letter. It is told to use only those facts. You still need to check every line.
Legal hints: Notes like “this may fit the Lemon Law” are based on the numbers in your file. They are not a legal finding.

Who sees a slip: Anyone with the slip link can see the job, your price limit, the name and mobile you put on it, and your before photos. Don't share the link with people you don't want to see it.
Turning it off: Deleting the repair file deletes the slip, and the link stops working.

Your location: We use your location to find the nearest DTI office. If you're signed in, we save the last point so you don't have to share it again.
Office details: Addresses come from official DTI pages. Pins can be off by a street. Call the office before you go.

Your files are private: Only you can see your repair files, photos, and letters, except what you put on a job slip.
Google sign-in: We use your Google name, email, and photo only to open your account. The full Privacy Policy has the rest.
Deleting: You can delete a file, a photo, or your whole account at any time.

No misuse: Don't upload other people's private information, harass anyone, or try to get into accounts that aren't yours.

Agreement: Kumpooni isn't responsible for the outcome of a repair, a complaint, or a letter you send.

Keeping you informed: We may update these terms. We'll tell you about big changes. Using the app after that means you accept them.

Philippine law: These terms follow Philippine law. Disputes go to Philippine courts.
